Conditions of Use

DISCLAIMER

Some items sold by HZ Dynamics Ltd may not be legal for road use. It is the purchaser's responsibility to comply with applicable laws. All fiberglass or carbon fiber parts have no warranty. All goods are sold as is unless otherwise specified. There are no other warranties, express, implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All bonnets require professional installation. Adjustment of, but not limited to, latches, hooks, or fenders may be necessary as part of the normal installation of all bonnets. All bonnets require bonnet pins for safety reason. All bonnets cannot sustain any force or weight on the surface. Do not put weight on the bonnet surface as it could crack the bonnet. All fiberglass products require professional body works such as priming, sanding, painting, or molding for proper installation. Installation and paint must be done by body shop with experience with bodykits and carbon fiber products. Regular collision shop should never be used.

 

TERMS OF SALE

HZ Dynamics Ltd goal is to provide a wide selection of brand-name import performance products at extremely low prices. In doing so, we adhere to the following terms and conditions.

 

SALE TERMS

HZ Dynamics Ltd will process all orders in a timely fashion, but we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you updated if any problems arise. Any type of refunds or returns are subject to the Warranty & Returns policy below. Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Some parts are sold as aftermarket/show use only. HZ Dynamics Ltd disclaims liability for use other than intended.

 

SPECIAL ORDER

All special orders require a non refundable deposit of the total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to HZ Dynamics Ltd. HZ Dynamics Ltd shall not be responsible for any late deliveries. All delivery dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late deliveries or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. If special order item(s) are left over 30 days from time of HZ Dynamics Ltd receiving parts in stock; and Buyer has not made any attempt whatsoever to claim their order, then the order shall be considered cancelled and all monies previously deposited shall be forfeited to HZ Dynamics Ltd

 

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders will be delivered via the most economical method chosen by HZ Dynamics Ltd. Unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of delivery. TNT / Parcelforce Couriers is the preferred method of delivery except in cases of oversized merchandise requiring the use of truck delivery. No cancellation is allowed once the items have been sent. If the package is refused upon delivery, customer will be charged the full amount less the total inbound and outbound delivery cost, plus 30% restocking fee.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All fiberglass parts require installation fit before priming and painting. Such professional prep work is required for all fiberglass parts. All bonnets require professional installation. Adjustment of the latches, hooks, brackets are sometimes necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps for all products sold. These are NOT considered to be defective. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defect on products prior to return. See below for information on our return policy.

 

DELIVERY DAMAGE & SHORTAGES

HZ Dynamics Ltd packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during delivery. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. All damage MUST be discovered at the time of delivery. Accept the merchandise and notate the damage and any irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken boxes) on the courier receipt while the driver is there. You must retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Never refuse delivery or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnifies the carrier as well as HZ Dynamics Ltd from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

All damages must be notified to carrier AND HZ Dynamics Ltd within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is not negotiable. It is the amount that you paid. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount, which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. HZ Dynamics Ltd under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.

Back ordered items will be delivered separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. If an item(s) is missing, please notify HZ Dynamics Ltd immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation. Delivery companies require immediate notification for inspection

 

RETURNS

Special orders cannot be returned. There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. All returns must be approved by HZ Dynamics Ltd prior to being returned. Return authorization will NOT be issued after 5 days of the receipt of the product(s) by the customer. Stock items must be returned to and received by HZ Dynamics Ltd within 14 days of the original delivery date from HZ Dynamics Ltd. A Return Authorization number (RA Number) will be issued to the purchaser by HZ Dynamics Ltd and it must be written on the outside of the packages being returned. All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instruction, etc. that it came with originally. Include a copy of the original invoice with all returned merchandise. Full refund on the purchase price is given only for defective products or a wrong product sent due to our fault. (Damaged products are not considered defective and wrong products ordered by you are not considered wrong products sent due to our fault.) All other returns are either exchanged or credit issued and are subject to a 30% restocking fee on the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges, which are not refundable. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, HZ Dynamics Ltd shall determine whether the product in question is defective. All returns regardless of the underlying reason must be sent delivery prepaid. Any returns sent shipping collect or without RA number will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. Delivery costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for their own protection; otherwise, neither HZ Dynamics Ltd nor the delivery company would be responsible for any damage or loss in delivery. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise that was damaged on the way back to HZ Dynamics Ltd. In such case, the customer will have to claim against the carrier through which the merchandise was delivered.

HZ Dynamics Ltd shall have the right at our sole discretion to refuse any attempt at an exchange, refund, or credit in the event that a product listed does not match the product received. Designs, styles, and price of products are subject to change without notice. HZ Dynamics Ltd is not responsible for any typo, photography and price error.

Please use an address where someone will be available to accept delivery to minimise problems. If an address change occurs during a delivery, through no fault of our own.

Most lighting and performance products require professional installation to function properly. This can avoid any problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Installation of items, done improperly, cannot be returned. Additionally, returning an item because one doesn’t know how to personally install it themselves will result in restocking fees and loss of s/h fees. The allowance of a return assumes the item is/was not installed, used, or broken.

Any products returned to us that our not our own is an act of malice and fraud. Some items (and eventually all) contain hidden security identifiers which must be intact when we receive the product. We will not replace or return the product if it is being passed off as one of our own or does not contain the marking. We will report such actions the postal service (for mail fraud), and any applicable local law enforcement. The item sent to us will be disposed of without further recompense.

 

PAYMENTS

Please Allow 14 days for delivery. Some items we deliver in 7 days or less.

    1.CHEQUES

We accept personal checks, company checks, and cashier's checks for all products. Simply place a telephone order and we will send you the relevant details of making a cheque payment.

Please write your order number and email address on the check.

We process your order after we receive your check. For personal and company checks, we process your order after the funds clear. Please allow 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is received and funds clear.

Note: Paying by check does slow down your order significantly.

 

    2.CASH/POSTAL ORDERS

We accept CASH/Postal Orders through royal mail special delivery service on all products. Simply mail your money order with a printed copy of the item you require to: YOU POST CASH AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!

Please write your item number and email address on the money order. We process your order after we receive your money order.

 

    3.CREDIT CARDS - (See Paypal)

Please Note : We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, delivery address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the time processing the order. Orders that are delivered to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. Applying this note may also cause a short delay in processing time as we will need to verify this manually. We must verify and secure funds before delivery is made. This is for your security. Please note that we will only accept credit cards issued by a bank or other financial institution within the UK. If the bank is unable to provide verification, we will contact you for alternate arrangements. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes.

 

    4.PAYPAL

You can also pay by credit cards using our online service. Once we HZ Dynamics Ltd receive a confirmation from PayPal of your transaction with us we will notify you of the delivery status. There are no additional charges made to you by using this service.
